FIRST N.C.A .NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited Online only by “ONE TIME REGISTRATION” from qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community in the State of Kerala for selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government service.

Note:- The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above community but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published on 18.01.2016 for the post.
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging
to the Scheduled Tribe mentioned in this notification.
NOTE: Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Tribe will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them.
6. Age : 22 – 45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1971 and
01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

7. Qualifications

1. Master degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks or its equivalent and good academic record .
2. Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the concerned subject specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf. When qualifications are equal preference shall be given to candidates who possess adequate knowledge in Malayalam.
Note: (i) Candidates who have obtained Ph.D Degree in the concerned subject are exempted from passing the NET examination (G.O (P) No: 86/07/H.Edn dated 19.06.2007)
(ii) For recruitment to various posts under these rules, degrees awarded by the Universities recognized by UGC alone shall be considered.
(iii) The conditions laid down in KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii are applicable.
8a) Mode of submitting Applications:-
Candidates must register as per ‘ONE TIME REGISTRATION’ with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their UserID and password. Candidates must click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective post in the Notification Link to apply for the post. The Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the UserID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, age, community etc have to be produced as and when called for.

9a) Last Date of receipt of applications: 01.02.2017 Wednesday up to 12.00 midnight
b) If a Written/OMR Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the examination.
