Applications are invited online only from qualified candidates belonging to the reservation group of Other Christians (OX) in the state of Kerala for appointment in the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service. The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Other Christians (OX) but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 04.02.2011 for the post. This is the third NCA notification for the post owing to the non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to Other Christians (OX) community as for the 1st NCA Notification (Gazette date: 31.12.2012, Category No. 685/2012) and for the 2nd nCA Notification (Gazette date: 29.12.2015, Category No. 565/2015)
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (from among candidates
belonging to Other Christians (OX) only)
NOTE: Applications submitted by candidates other than OX Community will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their application will not be issued.
6. Age : 21-45 [Only candidates born between 02.01.1971 and
01.01.1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply
for the post (including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of
the General conditions)
Note : In case of adult members of Scheduled Caste converted to Christian religion and their Children, the Upper age limit shall be 47 years. i.e. candidates born between 02.01.1969 and 01.01.1995.

2. Permanent Registration with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council
Note: 1. Candidates who have registered themselves with other State/Central Medical Council may also apply, but they will have to get themselves registered under Tranvancore Cochin Medical Practitioners Act before joining duty.
2. Those who were appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during first 10 years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or any Foreign Country under defence service or services connected with defence. Those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory Medical Service.
Note : Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
8. Mode of submitting Applications:
(a) Candidates must register as per “ONE TIME REGISTRATION” with the Official website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and Password. Candidates must click on the ‘Apply now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for the post. The Photograph uploaded should be one taken after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of thjameelae personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote User-Id for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The applications will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, community, age etc have to be produced as and when called for.
(b) “If a Written/OMR Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calender. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the Examination.”
(c) Candidates who possess Aadhar Card should include the same as I.D. Proof in their profile.
